Get muddy to help children’s hospital

Registration is open for the Second Annual South Florida Mud Run to benefit Golisano’s Children’s Hospital. Participants will run the 3-mile course on Jan. 11.
The race is open to ages 4 and older. Early registration is $45 for adults and $15 for children. Participants will run, jump, crawl and climb through obstacles in the mud.
“Last year we expected 500 and more than 2,600 participated,” said Stephanie Ink-Edwards. Funds will be used to construct a state-of-the-art 128-bed comprehensive pediatric healthcare facility.
