We'll have some rain and even a few storms to track today as a cold front approaches from the west, which will ultimately end up slowing and stalling over Southwest Florida for a few days.
Most of us won't see rain around until midday and closer to lunch, but our coastal and northern zones may see a little rain move in as early as mid to late morning.
The band of rain will be weakening as it head our way, which means locations to the north (Punta Gorda) will likely see more rain than locations to the south (Naples). Overall, rain amounts will generally stay below a half inch except in the few spots where we see a couple heavier, training cells.
