We'll continue to track an unsettled weather pattern with more clouds for much of the week, with rain prospects going back up just after the start of the new year.
The cold front that produced widespread rain Sunday will slow and stall across the southern tip of Florida. This will keep a good mix of clouds and sun in the forecast through Monday, with cloudy periods from time to time.
Monday morning will get off to a mainly cloudy start with dry conditions. A dense fog advisory has also been issued through 9 a.m. for inland Collier County, so travel could be a bit tricky crossing Alligator Alley and in areas east of Interstate 75.
Temperatures will also be slightly cooler in the middle 60s, but that's still considered mild by late December standards. Afternoon highs will also be a touch cooler as they climb into the upper 70s to near 80 degrees, with the possibility for a stray shower or sprinkle mainly across southern Collier.
