NAPLES — Beginning today at 1 p.m., the Naples Daily News will be upgrading our customer service system, which will affect our automated phone system and the iServices system that allows you to manage your subscription online. The upgrade will allow us to better serve you, our customers.
During this time, your online account access and our automated phone system will be unavailable. if you need assistance after noon today, we ask that you please call 239-213-6000 to reach a customer service representative until 5 p.m., and on Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Normal service hours of 7 a.m. to noon will resume Sunday.
