State investigators arrested three men Tuesday in separate cases involving workers' compensation in Collier County.

Quang Dinh, 33, of the 2700 block of Imperial Drive, Bonita Springs, is accused of failing to secure workers' compensation insurance coverage for two of his employees at Gulf Coast Development Service.

Detectives with the state fraud and workers compensation compliance divisions arrested Dinh at a residential site in the 500 block of Gulf Shore Boulevard on Tuesday afternoon.

Another business owner, Cristian F. Patasanu, 38, of Cristi Enterprise Inc., also was arrested Tuesday. Patasanu, of the 1100 block of South Alhambra Circle in East Naples, also is accused of failing to secure workers compensation coverage for his employees, who were seen working on a site in the 100 block of 14th Avenue South.

The final arrest was made in the first block of 16th Avenue South, where detectives found William E. Gilmore, 64, of Norwalk, Conn., supervising a window installation. Gilmore was arrested because he did not have workers' compensation coverage for himself, according to an arrest report.
