A Collier County man was arrested Wednesday following months of investigations into jewelry stolen from three homes.
Keith Anthony Juarez, 23, whose exact address was not listed on arrest reports, is accused from stealing jewelry while he was cleaning homes last fall.
The jewelry, taken from three homes in October and November, had a total value of about $10,600, according to an arrest report. Detectives said Juarez sold jewelry from at least two of the victims at a local pawn shop, receiving $954.
Juarez told deputies he was remorseful and said he stole the jewelry as a way to fund his addiction to prescription medication, arrest reports said.
Juarez faces three charges of grand theft and two charges of dealing in stolen property. As of Thursday, he remained at the Naples Jail Center in lieu of bonds totaling $25,000.
