Three more people were arrested Wednesday for workers' compensation violations, bringing the week's total to six.

Detectives with the state fraud division and workers' compensation compliance division arrested all six men in Collier County.

Brian A. Garner, 40, the owner of Signature Air Services, was arrested Wednesday in the 100 block of Inagua Lane for not carrying workers' compensation coverage for one of his employees. Fredy N. Serrano, the 36-year-old owner of Serrano Painting, also was arrested at a residential site, in the 100 block of Felipe Lane.

The owner of Cibao Grille restaurant, Pedro Danico Nolasco, 42, was the third to be arrested by state fraud detectives Wednesday for failure to have the proper coverage. Nolasco was given a stop work order Tuesday, according to an arrest report, but detectives observed him preparing to open his restaurant the next day.
