Domestic violence arrests

■ Elario Perez, 30, whose exact address in Immokalee was not released, was arrested Sunday by Collier deputies at 308 S. Fourth St. He is accused of hitting a woman on the head with a beer bottle.

■ Peter Spivack, 49, of Bethesda, Md., was arrested Sunday by Naples police at 699 Fifth Ave. S. He is accused of hitting a woman’s face.

Grand theft arrest

Andrean “Dret” Burgess, 31, of the 200 block of Turnstile Road, Copeland, was arrested Sunday by Collier deputies at 603 Collier Blvd. She is accused of driving a relative’s car without permission. She faces additional charges of cocaine possession, violation of state probation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

DUI arrests

■ Eliodor Marcelin, 44, of the 5200 block of Broward Street, East Naples, was arrested Saturday by Collier deputies at 6615 Dudley Drive.

■ Arnoldo Mascorro Delarosa, 22, of the 4900 block of Coronado Parkway, Golden Gate, was arrested Sunday by Collier deputies at Radio Road and Cape Sable Drive.

■ Charles Alfred Attiliis, 59, of Woodbridge, Va., was arrested Sunday by Collier deputies near mile marker 109 of Interstate 75.

■ Lori Marie Smith, 42, of the 2200 block of Shad Court, Naples, was arrested Saturday by Naples police at Chesapeake Avenue and Sandpiper Street.
