Two brothers were arrested Saturday after Collier County sheriff’s deputies said they burglarized several vehicles in an East Naples neighborhood.

Philip Jaymz Haizlip, 18, of the 100 block of Santa Clara Drive, East Naples, is facing six counts of auto burglary and one count of loitering or prowling. His brother, who is a juvenile, is also facing six counts of burglary.

Just before 5 a.m. Saturday, deputies were called to Regal Heron Circle off Radio Road after a caller reported hearing his car alarm go off and seeing two juveniles wearing dark clothing run off, according to an arrest report.

Deputies began searching the area and located Philip Haizlip standing outside a vehicle. When he saw authorities, he got in the driver’s seat, reports said.

Haizlip was wearing dark clothing. He refused to speak with deputies.

Inside the vehicle, deputies found several wallets, purses, GPS systems, radars and other electronics. A search of the wallets and driver licenses revealed that they were all from the Regal Heron Circle neighborhood. In all, six victims ended up claiming their vehicles had been burglarized.

Deputies located Haizlip’s brother on Radio Road. Both brothers were transported to the Collier jail.
