An East Naples man is accused of ordering three siblings to their knees at gunpoint and stealing a wallet and $170.

But Jarryd F. Webb, 25, told Collier County sheriff’s deputies that he didn’t rob anyone. Instead, he said he had just sold them drugs, according to an arrest report.

Webb, of the 4900 block of Biscayne Drive, is facing a felony charge of armed robbery.

The siblings told deputies that Webb approached them from behind late Friday and pointed a black handgun at them, reports said. He ordered the three to their knees and told them to empty their pockets, reports said.

One of the victims told deputies he handed over his wallet, which contained $170. The other two told Webb they didn’t have anything to steal, reports said.

A witness was able to identify the robber as Webb. Deputies soon located him as he walked along Rattlesnake-Hammock Road. He told deputies he had just sold drugs to the three siblings, reports said.

No stolen property or gun was found.
