Driving on Marco the other day I was following a woman who turned right in front of me without signaling. I was going that way and followed as she stopped and turned left, again without signaling.
I was reminded of the time, about 20 years ago, I first did much driving alone on the island while visiting my parents who lived here. I said to my dad that there must be a real shortage of blinker-fluid on Marco Island. He laughed and replied. “No, we have a good supply, we’re just very conservative with it.”
The times they are not a-changin.’

The season seems to bee the busiest on the roads that I have seen in years....and yes, some drivers are awful.

They will be gone soon. Some of our northern guests feel sense of intiltlement. If they would only just send their money and stay home
