An Immokalee man faces a voyeurism charge after laying on a Seminole Casino Immokalee women’s bathroom floor and looking into the stalls, Seminole police said.

Alfredo Rufus Figueroa, 25, is accused of peeping on women one day last week. Seminole police said Figueroa was seen on surveillance video in the casino, but an arrest report doesn’t indicate where Figueroa was spotted on tape.

When confronted by police, Figueroa fled on foot and outran an officer. Further investigation led police to identify Figueroa, who was arrested Saturday. He remains in jail without bond set.
