An East Naples man is accused of violating a protective order by breaking into his estranged wife's home and stealing jewelry, underwear, hair product and photographs of their children.

Upon returning home from vacation and finding her home burglarized on Jan. 3, the woman told Collier County sheriff's deputies she suspected her estranged husband, Jesse Joseph Siongco, 33, was the culprit, according to an arrest report.

The woman said a rear window was broken at her home on the 600 block of 105th Avenue North sometime between Dec. 28 and Jan. 3. She reported missing $3,000 worth of jewelry, four Gucci purses worth $1,200, three televisions, about a dozen pairs of underwear, $2,500 worth of hair product, two framed photographs of her children and a pack of Siongco's CDs.

Before deputies began investigating, Siongco called the Sheriff's Office and asked who had been assigned the case, according to an arrest report. He then denied involvement and pointed the finger at one of his wife's neighbors.

Detectives later learned Siongco had sold one of the stolen pieces of jewelry, a broken gold bracelet, to a Naples Park gold shop on Jan. 3, according to the report. Following the rest of their investigation, he was arrested Thursday morning.

Siongco, of the 1000 block of Oriole Circle, is accused of impeding an investigation by providing false information to law enforcement, providing false information to a secondhand dealer and violating a protective order.
