Mission Square West LLC has purchased Mission Square West, a 17,862- square-foot retail center on Pine Ridge Road and east of Goodlette-Frank Road in Naples, for $3.4 million.
The firm bought the plaza from Iron Point Titan Asset Management. Mike Concilla and Larry Foster, of CRE Consultants, brokered the transaction.
Arthrex hires 29
North Naples-based Arthrex, a medical device manufacturer, has hired 29 employees. Alico Inc. pays 2Q cash dividend
Fort Myers-based Alico Inc., a land manager and grower, has announced it will pay a second-quarter cash dividend of 8 cents a share to holders of its common stock. The dividend will be payable to shareholders holding stock as of March 28. Payment is expected April 15.
Alico owns about 130,400 acres in five Florida counties, including Collier and Lee.
