An East Naples man is accused of breaking into a woman's home, stealing her jewelry, stealing her neighbor's car and then trying to smuggle a bag of Adderall into jail between his butt cheeks, according to an arrest report.

Around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, deputies stopped a white Tahoe in the 12800 block of U.S. 41 East after it was reported stolen. The driver, Ryan Nicholas Brown, 22, had four rings, a gold necklace and a Xanax pill inside his pocket, according to the report.

Deputies contacted the Tahoe's owner, who recognized one of the ring's inscriptions and said the ring might have belonged to a neighbor on the 1200 block of Henderson Creek Drive. The neighbor returned home from work and said all the jewelry found on Brown was hers, reports said.

While Brown was being booked into the Naples Jail Center, deputies found a bag of Adderall pills between his butt cheeks, according to the report.

Brown, also of the 1200 block of Henderson Creek Drive, faces charges of burglary, grand theft, possession of a controlled substance and smuggling contraband into a county detention facility. As of Thursday, he remained in jail in lieu of bonds totaling $25,000.
