A man was flown to Lee Memorial Hospital on Friday night after he arrived at an East Naples Home Depot with a gunshot wound.
At 8:38 p.m., Collier deputies received a call from the store at 1651 Airport-Pulling Road S. Detectives said it appeared the victim had been shot elsewhere then made his way to Home Depot to report his injury, Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Krista Williamson said.
Williamson said she did not know the extent of the man’s injury. The victim has not yet been identified by name, but Williamson said he was a black man appearing to be in his 20s.
Deputies still are looking for the shooter, she said.
