Dan Fink, chief administrative officer of the Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida in south Lee County, has announced his resignation. His last day will be March 22.
Fink has indicated he wants to return to Indiana to rejoin his family, which elected not to relocate to Southwest Florida last year, according to a staff memo.
During Fink’s year as CAO, he and his team drafted a new strategic plan for pediatrics that includes a 5-year vision for building a highly enhanced pediatric system of care for the children of Southwest Florida. The team also has launched multiple new clinical program initiatives in the areas of pediatric neurosciences, autism, pediatric cardiology, and others while working to expand current ambulatory programs in both Naples and Port Charlotte.
