Fox 4 News co-anchors Patrick Nolan and Emily Dishnow, put on a show themselves as they served as commentators for fashions from Marco Island Clothing Company.

The models were either cancer survivors, or had family, or friends touched by cancer. The show was sponsored by Bistro Soleil and Marco Island Clothing Company.

More than 180 attended the French bistro-style luncheon created by Chef Denis Meurgue. The performing duo of Sabrina Williams and Dr. Kathy Brown entertained at the luncheon. Williams performs in Soleil’s piano bar on Friday nights.

Emmanuelle Meurgue, Marco Island Charter Middle School student, donned pink boxing gloves to symbolically fight like a girl against cancer. Her mother Lisa has been in remission from breast cancer for four years. Her grandfather, Roger Mercado, is a 20-year survivor from non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.

The next cancer fundraiser on Marco Island is the Relay For Life on April 13.
