NAPLES CITY COUNCIL BLOG: Proposed 22-acre development

Naples City Council will hear plans for the 22-acre development on the southeast corner of Central Avenue and Goodlette-Frank Road known as Lighthouse Point. Among the items will be a first reading to determine rezoning the property to allow for single-family townhomes, boat slips and a town center known as Lighthouse Point, and a resolution determining that the plan will consist of 56 single-family homes and about 3,400 square feet of non-residential space.
