After a mild start this morning with temperatures in the lower 60s, plenty of sunshine through the day will accompany temperatures warming into the mid 80s in Southwest Florida. That’s a bit warmer than the past few afternoons.

Humidity values will also be a little bit higher today. Through the next few days, there will be some gradual changes as temperatures and dew points creep up a bit each day. By Wednesday, and through the end of the week, highs will be in the upper 80s and lows will be near 70 degrees.

Looking ahead, there aren't any really good rain chances through Friday. A cold front headed our way this weekend will be the focus for our next chance for some showers coming on Saturday.
