The National Weather Service has issued an urban flood advisory for minor flooding of poor drainage areas in west central Collier County including the city of Naples until 1 a.m.

Reports indicate that up to two feet of standing water in some areas north of Naples has resulted from the heavy rain this evening.

Radar estimates indicate a large area from Marco Island Airport to just inland of Vanderbilt Beach across North Naples and Quail Creek Estates received anywhere from four to seven inches of rain.
