After higher-than-normal rain chances over the last couple of days, our weather will shift to more of a typical pattern today and through the weekend.
Friday will start with more sunshine and temperatures in the middle 70s. As we close out the morning, expect mostly to partly sunny skies and mainly dry weather. As daytime highs warm into the lower 90s, clouds will continue to build allowing for a few storms to develop on the sea breeze.
Through the late afternoon and evening hours, hit-or-miss downpours will be scattered across our inland areas and out toward the lake with the possibility of a shower or two moving back toward the coast. Overnight, skies will clear and lows will drop back down into the middle 70s.
Our weekend is shaping up to be pretty nice with quiet mornings and afternoon storms.
