Southwest Florida should expect a warm day today with plenty of sunshine after the fog fades by mid to late morning.

Daytime highs will likely be a touch warmer today with temperatures peaking in the mid 80s except along the coast where the sea breeze will limit the temperature rise to around 80 degrees. Nighttime lows will reach the mid 60s.

A few spotty downpours may form over the interior east of I-75, but most of the area will end up staying dry again today.

Fog will continue to be a possibility for the next several mornings, reducing visibility to a half mile or less.
