After a weak cold front swept through Southwest Florida on Sunday, we'll see a couple of cool mornings followed by warm afternoons as we start another work week. By midweek, we'll be tracking another weather system that will bring a shot of rain to the area.

Monday morning will start on a cool note, with many of us waking to temperatures in the middle to upper 50s. Some of our inland and northern cool spots may see temperatures dipping as low as 50 degrees just before sunrise.

Sunshine will fill our skies during the morning hours, with the exception of a few low clouds across our interior zones. Afternoon temperatures will return to the lower 80s, but it will feel quite nice outside as humidity levels will stay on the lower end.
