A town hall meeting with Jack Wert, executive director of the Paradise Coast Convention & Visitor’s Bureau will be held at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 14, at RoseHistory Auditorium, 180 S. Heathwood Drive, Marco Island.
The Naples, Marco Island, Everglades Convention and Visitors Bureau is the tourism marketing agency for Collier County, where over 1.5 million visitors spend over $1.5 billion annually.
The CVB is funded exclusively by a 4 percent tourist tax and works to promote Florida’s Paradise Coast to a worldwide audience of visitors. The CVB and tourist tax dollars are fund area beach renourishment, museums and tourism related projects and events.
