Fritz Bubeck cuts through the thick sheets of homemade gingerbread to form gingerbread houses, fountains and trains. Bubeck does not use patterns, instead cutting each piece individually to frost together with a mix of egg whites and powdered sugar. All Bubeck’s gingerbread houses are completely edible.
