When next door neighbor and auto enthusiast Max Davis was pressed by Pickard to add more lights to his home, he joked, 'I can't afford to put no more lights up.' Pickard then went out and purchased strings of lights and decorations for Davis, who then added his rebuilt 1951 Chevy to the mix. 'Now that you can sit back and look at it,' he said, 'it's kind of worth it.'
