Esther Montero, the coordinator of volunteers and supervisor of the soup kitchen at the Guadalupe Center in Immokalee, has been working 12 to 14 hours days since Hurricane Wilma hit Immokalee. She also opened her house as a shelter to twenty people during and after the hurricane.
