San Carlos Park Civic Association President Mark Fedigan volunteered for the dunk tank booth at the Fall Fest. Fellow association member Debbie Andersen took the first turn at trying to dunk Fedigan into the chilly water. Missing with the first three balls, Andersen ducked in to push the trigger, dumping Fedigan into the water for his first of many dunkings of the day.
