Moses Georgia, 2, looks out the window at his grandmother Elvita who is sweeping pieces of insulation, Tuesday, that came from the inside of the roof which was blown off of the George Washington Carver apartment building during Hurricane Wilma. Georgia and her family were not home during the category three storm Monday morning and suffered little damage to the inside of the apartment, although part of the roof was torn off of the outside.
