Children between 7 and 9-years-old lunge past the starting line to collect plastic eggs during an Easter egg hunt at the Spring Fling on Saturday at Mackle Park on Marco Island. Six thousand eggs filled with candy and toys were placed in three different fields for three different age groups of children to hunt. Also included in the festivities were games, crafts and food.
