Fritz Bubeck, the manager for the Olde Hickory Golf and Country Club, has been making gingerbread houses that will be auctioned off Sunday to raise money for Barbara's Friends, the cancer fund for the Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida. Bubeck has been making the houses for more than 25 years, and many of them have gone to raise more than $1 million for various charities.
