Mothers of Marco President Kris Hodgdon and member Kathy Faria accepted a check from Christmas Island Style Chairman Steve Stefanides and a sleigh full of toys from the Marco Riders on Monday. The sleigh is a gift that will be added to the Christmas Island Style inventory since Tom Phillips of Tom Phillips Enterprises, Inc. built and donated the sled. Phillips said he choose to contribute to the celebration by giving the committee the sleigh since he was unable to participate in the street parade Dec. 16.
