Taryn Foster, 19, of Fort Myers Beach, plays with her deaf pitbull, Isis. At noon, close to a dozen cars were parked at the only dog friendly beach in Lee County. Foster, who moved down from Ohio in August, reunited with Isis a week ago, and they've been hitting the beach as often as they can. 'I'm trying to take her every day,' Foster said. Foster likes that her dog can play outside all year-round in Florida, without getting cold. 'She doesn't like the cold,' Foster said. 'I love the fact that I can lay out in December.'
