Students between pre-kindergarten and second grade play a cat-and-mouse game with a parachute during a field day Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Seton Elementary School in Golden Gate. The event was part of Catholic Schools Week, during which the nationwide theme is “Character, Compassion and Values.” Today St. Elizabeth Seton hosts a family lunch, which the school is expecting about 450 people to attend. Children will dress in their favorite sports team clothes.
