Bill Yetter, superintendent with Gates McVey, hangs a sign at the entrance of the Inn at Pelican Bay in North Naples advertising the building is now a hotel-condominium. He was preparing for a grand reopening Wednesday. The hotel closed in December for a few weeks of renovations and has 100 rooms being sold by G.M. Hospitality LLC, a Gates McVey company.
