Barking treefrog: One of the largest treefrogs, it grows to about 3 inches. For such a large and beautiful treefrog, little is known about the species. Does not have yearly reproductive patterns, and habitats range from treetops to undeveloped cypress-dominated lots that hold water for a few months. In more northern areas, it is now extinct.
