After the parade, John Skiles, vice president of the Collier County Veterans Council, removes one of 62 American flags that lined the streets for the Naples Fourth of July parade. Skiles, who put them up at 5 a.m., said they are trying to raise money so they can add 30 more flags for next year's parade.
