Eddie Kelson, 71, sits in front of his home at the River Park Apartments on Thursday working on a bicycle that was given to him recently by a friend. 'I know what will make this bike work.' he says with a laugh. 'A front tire.' Kelson has lived in the downtown Naples area since 1987. 'I've seen a lot of changes,' he said. Now retired, Kelson spends much of his time sitting and talking with friends in this spot on Third Avenue South near his home.
