Retired machinist Bob Martin knew he’d have to spend $7,000 to repair a newly purchased mobile home at Oak Creek Mobile Home Park in Bonita Springs. What he and other residents didn’t know was that the park had been sold and they all would soon be evicted. Martin will have to pay $5,000 in impact fees to relocate the home to North Fort Myers, the only place that would take the 1974 vintage home.
