Gary Rosenblum pulls food troughs from the horse areas by his home on Griffin Road in East Naples. The area has been flooded since last weekend. A couple of their horses have been displaced because their stalls are filled with water and mud, and one, which they recently rescued a few weeks ago, has been roaming the front yard of their walled home. It is the first time they've had flooding in nine years of being in the home and they believe it is due to changing the drainage paths from the construction of a new community nearby, Artesia, causing the runoff.
