Investigators, police officers and firefighters work the scene of an accident that killed a women riding in the backseat of the vehicle shown after an accident occurred with another vehicle while getting pulled over by a police office traveling westbound on I-75 a few miles from the Naples and Marco Island exit off of Alligator Alley. The female driver of another vehicle (not shown) lost control of her car and smashed into the vehicle causing it to flip and killing the woman riding in the backseat. The police officer following witnessed the accident.
