Tricia Nappo, director of nursing at the Life Care Center of Estero, revels in the announcement Thursday that she will not be the finalist to kiss the swine at the annual Kiss-the-Pig contest at the adult care facility. The staff conducts the contest annually to raise money for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. This year’s proceeds are headed the first annual Relay for Life for the community of Estero, held tonight at Lamb of God Church off Estero Parkway.
