City Manager Bill Moss and Collier County Health Director Joan Colfer address members of the media and a handful of residents about how the city plans to address hydrogen sulfide concerns. Colfer said she has never seen a case of a public health crisis like the one some residents say is taking place. Moss said the city will hire a firm to monitor the gas 24 hours a day.
