Rudi Landwaard, vice chair of the Marco Island Yacht Club, extends an arm in the direction of the proposed docks. The longer of the two, a 402-foot structure with space for 19 boats, would jut out from the point where the Chestnut waterway enters the Marco River. The shorter, 333-foot dock would sit beside it, nearer the Judge S.S. Jolley Bridge.
