Bottles of alcohol line the walls in the bar at Stoney's Steakhouse at Bayfront in Naples on Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2007. Mike Molloy and his assistant Summer Robinson scan and weigh all the bottles of alcohol at the restaurant and after comparing it with the amount sold determine whether bartenders are giving too much or too little to customers. The process can also determine whether free drinks are given out and whether there has been any theft. Molloy bought the Bevinco of Collier County franchise in February, which is an inventory consulting company.
