Under orders from Gov. Charlie Crist to trim its budget by up to $20 million, the Department of Elder Affairs is targeting the new Johnnie B. Byrd Sr. Alzheimer's Center in Tampa, Fla., seen Monday Aug. 13, 2007, for budget cuts.  The center could lose $10 million of the $15 million it was set to receive this fiscal year from the state.
