Orion Bank’s assistant branch manager Laura Burgo passes out savings bonds to Beverly Boltz, owner of Air Ship N Shore Travel, and Marco Islander Peter Hughes. Boltz and Hughes were two of the first four to post correct ballots in Orion’s ‘Who’s That Banker?’ game. “It was quite a surprise to me because I don’t usually win anything,” Boltz said. Boltz was the second-place finisher and was awarded a $250 savings bond. Hughes won the first-place prize of a $300 savings bond. “The older ones I had no problem with. But the younger kids all looked alike,” Hughes said of correctly matching the bank’s staff with old pictures posted from their youth. Orion Bank vice president Keith Dameron is working on a second phase of the contest by holding the same kind of photo-matching game, but with prominent Marco Islanders instead of the bank’s staff.
