Math and student enthusiasm seem to go hand in hand in the third-grade classroom of Pinewoods Elementary teacher Liz Boyle on Wednesday as students surround the transparency viewer to help solve a math problem. Dedication to math studies led to a large increase in the Lee County FCAT math scores for third-graders.
