Bridgeman, who is from Colorado and manages Wienerdog Kids’ Toys, has not yet acquired a car, so she uses her bike to drop her child off at Tommie Barfield Elementary School before heading for work. She said she is delighted with the promised new city bike path additions along Winterberry Drive and N. Barfield Drive. The introduction of the bike paths will increase safety as well, Bridgeman said.
